UPDATE: Martin-Jetco reached out to me to make things right, and for that reason, I am updating my review to 5 stars. Yes, 5 stars! Work is underway, and the owner and their team have been working diligently to resolve my complex HVAC issues, which were not their fault. They are only trying to help me repair a bad installation done by another company. A lot of time and effort have gone into addressing this issue. With support from Samsung and other contractors, Martin-Jetco has made this project possible. I am hopeful that they will be able to fully resolve my HVAC system problems. It’s been a great experience working with Martin-Jetco, and I’m glad we were able to connect and make things right. I wanted to be fair and acknowledge the company’s positive effort to restore full A/C and heating for my family.

MJ Heating & AC was recommended to me by Samsung as a certified repair agency for my VFR Mini Split unit. They came out to my home and gave me all of these false hopes that they would be able to repair my unit. However, that was not the case. They ripped me off for $279 for fees to drive to my house and to diagnose my system; however, that never happened. I told them what the issue was out of the gate and all of the history that I had knowledge of related to my unit - it's been a horror story. They stood around for hours (mind you, they are charging me by the hour). Long story short, after days of waiting to hear back from them on a plan to fix my unit or replace it altogether, I got a call from a very rude manager there, stating that they cannot help me because they don't have the time to fix my problem unit. I never got a formal diagnosis from them - like in writing - nor did I get a quote to replace with a new system, but yet they took $279 from me and left my family without air/heat. I also want to add that I am not surprised that they did not want to service me. As I was speaking with one of the service repairmen, his cell phone rang, his ringtone said, "THIS IS TRUMP AND I APPROVE THIS MESSAGE." Guess I was not the right race for them to service my equipment but the right race to take my hard-earned money. I have the cellphone message on audio, and my family heard it inside the house from our Alexa.
